IPRIS Lusophone Countries Bulletin No. 5

This issue of the Lusophone Countries Bulletin examines Brazil's National Defense Strategy, oil politics in São Tomé and Príncipe, food sovereignty in Guinea-Bissau and Angola's 'new' constitution. Further articles discuss relations between Portugal and Mozambique, as well as Portuguese energy politics.
